Federal Planner ("we", "us") is an independent educational planning service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account email and password (hashed), profile information you choose to enter (name, agency, dates, salary, leave hours), calculator inputs/results you save, and resumes/career plans you create.

How we use it

To provide and personalize the toolkit, calculate estimates, deliver the features of your plan, and respond to your support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, payments (Stripe), and email delivery.

Your choices

You can update or delete your profile at any time. You can cancel paid plans from Account Settings. Contact us to request full account deletion.

Independence

Federal Planner is independent and not affiliated with OPM, the U.S. Government, or any federal agency.
